Alright bros. I'm 22, 6'3, 195 pounds at about 10% body fat. I posted my meal plan and cardio recently if you would like to read. With the help of Swole, I'm confident I can get my BF% well into the single digets by June. My question is this. With summer coming, I know there will be much opportunity for drinking. If I limit this to one or two nights a week (no beer) and am perfect on my eating and increase my cardio to 4-5 times a week for 40 minutes, can I still expect to reach my goals. I am an ectomorph with a high metabolism. I know most of you dont support drinking, but I am young and have to live a little as well.
