After being cut for summer, it's now time. . .

. . .to start bulking up again. Woohoo!

I'm down to 153lbs (5'6").

The only thing that has me uneasy on my upcoming plan is my post-workout meal. . .

-2 scoops of whey protein (34 grams protein, under 10 carbs)

-1 large bananna (30 grams carbs)

-9 REAL rice cakes (90 grams carbs)

. . .the rest of my meals go 30g's protein, 60 g's carbs (x3) with the exception of pre-workout: 30-35g's protein, 90g's carbs

What I want to know is whether my choice of foods for the post-workout are decent or not. . . it's quick and easy to eat (I'll be on some sorta public transit at this point in the day).
