Advice on middle age and body building with Steroids

Wow so quick to judge!

Ok just there's no more confusion, I do run. About 18kms a week to be exact. I watch what I eat and eat well almost all the time. I am getting back in to training at the gym and trust me at 39 it's tough.

So thanks to the people that have responded so far for giving useless feed back. Have to say, I wasn't expecting much more than that from a forum. Every now and then you get lucky and someone with a brain and good advise but clearly that's rare!

To answer the only comment made in assistance. I'm carrying about 10kgs body fat right now. Thanks.

We'll help just chill.

Post some pics I understand your 39 your motab is about south but you can do many things to speed this!

First off and far most DIET
Using things like garlic, cinnamon, just two of many things that will boost motab

B12 inject sub q 1000mg ah week
Green tea
White tea
Multi vitamin
1000mg vit. C
7 keto
Forskilin
Grape seed exract

List goes on.

How about a couple natty supps with a good clean diet eating every three hours to boost your motab and burn fat with fasted cardio?

Rule of thumb is every 10lbs you gain 3 is fat.

Yes, age has a role but dont use it for an excuse cause there are 40+ year oldz that look and feel great better then when they were 20!

You say your about 198? Rite 10kgs which is roughly 22lbs

15% on 198 is 29.7 pounds. So I really think you should post a picture to help us. My guess would be your some where in the 24-28% range if not a little higher by the way your talking

Post up

You made yourself sound fat and if you haven't been working out why would you wanna do a steroid yet.. lift and then do it. doesn't sound like enough self control just stopped working out and eating..
39 IS NOT THAT OLD at all..

Hey Bro ....In your post it seemed like the only time you work out is when your on aas and If thats not the case then no worries but I myself am also 39 and your right its very tough but your body and metabolism change alot with age.... I was able to get on TRT and with a good diet and consistent workouts Im very happy ... I know life gets in the way with family and kids but stay focused.. alot of people substitute aas for diet but it all goes hand in hand. Ive done aas without diet then I got smart added in a strict diet which is easier than I thought to stick with and the difference is night and day .... good luck Bro and Happy lifting ............. Later Cbodd

Thanks for all the good advise, need to work out how to post pics and all that stuff. In the meantime I'm up to 28kms a week now and dropping weight. Not lifting much but intend to start swimming a few Kms a week to now. Will wait about 4-6weeks before I get HGH going. Finally found someone with good local advise. Thanks all.

just get back to where you were before and then you can start juicing again.. sounds like before you were in pretty good shape.

the muscles need to be conditioned before a steroid cycle if you want to get a lot out of it. don't spend ur time on cycle trying to condition the muscles. maybe come back in due time and start up a new thread but don't start out by saying "hi guys i'm in bad shape and want to take steroids" .. that doesn't fly around here with vets.

I am 52 years old myself. I have been training all my life. I am new to the board again after having not participated for a number of years. I was one of the early board members and was fortunate enough to have had many conversations with George in the early years of the board. I see that what was true then is true now. You can get some good advice on this board. you can get some bad attitude on this board. Just pay attention to the good advice. Here is some of mine from my experience. It is a good idea to get the benefit of the body's natural tendency to strengthen and grow(without the use of AAS)first. Why? Because it is free. Because the body will react favorably to the training especially early on. Because it gives your body an opportunity to strengthen tendons, joints, ligaments before subjecting them to the rigors of the rapidly increased strength gains from AAS. Peptides may be a good idea to add in after you have trained for a few months. After your training has started to plateu you could start a nice cycle. AAS are a waste of time and money when used to early. They also put you at unnecessary risk for injury.

Awesome feedback mate, I appreciate the response and thank you for taking the time to see what other couldn't. Advise is taken on board and I'm going to stick to my training at the moment and see what comes of it. I've got some stuff to control my food intake and it seems to be working well. Just trying to lose the weight and work on the muscle groups I need to for now. So thanks for the tips.
