Hi guy's absolute first time forum user. So please bare with me.

I'm 39, 90kgs and 183cms, unhealthy now due to way to much eating and very little exercise. But was in good shape 12 months ago. I trained for 4 months , bike, run, rowing and lots of chin ups, squats and weights. I and used Stanazol and I was happy with the results in my energy levels at the time but that was pretty much all I got from it.

The overall result was from 106kgs down to 92kgs, a loss of body fat of around 14kgs, what I replaced with with was about 8kgs of muscle. My shoulder and chest was the main area of build up and that was my intention.

This time round I am getting HGH to work with and some Clenbuterol to help reduce my body fat.

My Goal is to get my weight up to 95-98kgs but only 10-15% body fat.

What I'd like to do is find something to go with those to help with mass that is going to stay there with continually training. Trust me its true what they say, the older you get the harder it is to get bigger and recover.

I'm doing this with all care and caution. I'm in good shape to get things going fast and have 13 weeks total training time this time round.

Please give me some quality structured advise. If you're not going to help please keep comments to yourself. This is my plan forward and I intend to take it regardless of negative feed back.

You're out of shape and considering steroids and clenbuterol. Dude, start working out and get your diet in shape. Get some good supplements.

Sorry, but I'm in a mood where I'm getting really annoyed at people who don't know dick about training, don't have any self control or will power, are just lazy as shit and expect drugs to fix all their problems.

Sorry! but nelson's comment about you being out of shape is correct.
And forget clen it stresses the heart and nervous system not a good combo for loosing weight.
first of all you need to get your diet in order, I have posted my diet plan many times on this board ,if you can't find it then pm me, also learn how to train correctly, it's not just a matter of picking up weights, learn form, HIT (Hi intensity training, super sets,Isolation exercises(push pull) and the 5X5 routine)
We now have supplements to help you reach your goals faster (NTBM and ORBIT)
Consider doing morning cardio on an empty stomach 10 hrs after your last meal, this does a hatchett job on BF!

Wow so quick to judge!

Ok just there's no more confusion, I do run. About 18kms a week to be exact. I watch what I eat and eat well almost all the time. I am getting back in to training at the gym and trust me at 39 it's tough.

So thanks to the people that have responded so far for giving useless feed back. Have to say, I wasn't expecting much more than that from a forum. Every now and then you get lucky and someone with a brain and good advise but clearly that's rare!

To answer the only comment made in assistance. I'm carrying about 10kgs body fat right now. Thanks.

It's not "judgement" bro. It's advice. You want it or not?

it was very good feed back.. just not the feed back you wanted to hear but that still makes them right and you wrong.

here is what you need to do.

take some pics today and post them up
start a detailed food diary and post that up
start a detailed workout log and post that up.

people can then monitor your workouts and your diet and give you very good and basically constant feedback to help you along.

you are not ready for roids right now.

if i went to a race car forum and said i wanna race.. ive never driven anything faster then a civic but i wanna jump into a nascar event what should i do... well then i have no right to complain when someone says get a go kart.

I did my first cycle all wrong. I found this cite after I started it. I was out of the gym for 9 months and started tren ace the same day I went back to the gym. My advice is if you want size work out till you are where you were a year ago then think about it. It comes back fast, it will be faster with an aas but you would be wasting it. Start a thread about your diet. You will get great advice. You can be ready for a cycle in no time at all if you work hard.
