Hi guy's absolute first time forum user. So please bare with me.
I'm 39, 90kgs and 183cms, unhealthy now due to way to much eating and very little exercise. But was in good shape 12 months ago. I trained for 4 months , bike, run, rowing and lots of chin ups, squats and weights. I and used Stanazol and I was happy with the results in my energy levels at the time but that was pretty much all I got from it.
The overall result was from 106kgs down to 92kgs, a loss of body fat of around 14kgs, what I replaced with with was about 8kgs of muscle. My shoulder and chest was the main area of build up and that was my intention.
This time round I am getting HGH to work with and some Clenbuterol to help reduce my body fat.
My Goal is to get my weight up to 95-98kgs but only 10-15% body fat.
What I'd like to do is find something to go with those to help with mass that is going to stay there with continually training. Trust me its true what they say, the older you get the harder it is to get bigger and recover.
I'm doing this with all care and caution. I'm in good shape to get things going fast and have 13 weeks total training time this time round.
Please give me some quality structured advise. If you're not going to help please keep comments to yourself. This is my plan forward and I intend to take it regardless of negative feed back.
