Advice needed for joint pain

Kid tempo

Calling EF members, I'm three weeks into my cycle and training like a crazy mo-fo. However I'm begging to develop a very painfull left elbow joint, something isn't right with my tendons. I'm running a bit of deca during my cycle and no winstrol so I doubt it's gear related. The thought of taking a few days out of the gym is killing me. What would you guys reccomend? Ease off the weight? Take a week out?

I would be looking at upping your intake of fish oil to 6000 - 10000 mgs. That works well for me. Forged joint repair is really good too along with skelly balm from ntbm and it last ages.

Try a deload week aswell.. its not a week out but your not trying to smash PRs.. what are you using as an AI.. you might be crushing estrogen..

Sent from my HTC Sensation XL with Beats Audio X315e using EliteFitness

I have always used glucosamine & Chondroitin for joint or tendon flare ups. I use the liquid kind and it usually takes care of it in about a week. Like said above, it is also a good idea to do a week of higher reps while using the GC to give your body a chance to heal.

Awesome top advice guys appreciate it, thought id come straight here to pose the question as joint pain is sumthing ive never had in the past. Think my plan of attack will be to take a rest day tomorrow then focus on legs the following day and high reps medium weight for 3/4 days after that along with glucosamine and plenty of fish oil. Will update you how it's helped next week :)

Get some Aflutop that should help you can find them for around $5-$7 an amp. They can even be found on Ebay.

Took the fish oil/glucosamine route and listened to my body and went a little easier on myself in the gym. Left elbow joint pain does still persist however it is showing slow but steady improvements. :)
