? about the diet from Shadow

I started the diet that a few of the girls from the site have done. (the one Shadow set up) I do have a question though about veggies. I usually like o have a romain salad with lots of fresh veggies can I add that into this? If so, where do I have that and what do I take out when I do eat this. Boy, I sure do hope that this doesn't sound too wierd.

Sure...there is a salad listed in the diet.

Make sure to have some protein with it though

While I have you here I need to ask about some weights too. I workout in a small, wait, a VERY small gym in my town and they don't have a few of the machines that you list. What should I do in place of them. We don't have a peck dec or a way to do cable crossovers. Sad, huh?

In that case.....SQUEEZE THE HELL out of the incline flyes at the top of the movement...
 
There are at least 3 ways to execute every type of lift you can do depending on your equipment available. The point is do the motion with tight form & with enough resistance to make you work so you can tear down & build up your muscle tissue :)
 
there are 3 POF for each muscle..so not having the available equip to complete one of them is a drawback.....but Squeezing at the top WHILE THERE IS STILL resistance will get you by

POF = Positions of Flexion

Some variations that come to mind:


SHRUGS.......on a standing calf machine or using a seated press machine or reverse dips or reverse shrugs


BACK - using the reverse side of a chest press machine - standing rows...seated high pulley rows



Delts - handstand pushups.....Cuban Presses(great for cuffs)



Biceps - close grip plams to you chinups...reverse grip bb rows....smith machine drag curls



Triceps - triangle grip pushups.....pullovers or stiff arm pulldwons while not keeping arms straight...close grip Smith bench...smith nose breakers
