i while back i read something about german mass training. It was basically do the same weight 10 sets of 10 reps. I did standing barbell curls with this and damn it killed.
I recently modified the workout so i do 5 sets of normal barbell curls, and 5 sets of closed grip curls switching type every time. But for the closed grip i had to do 10 lbs lighter.
man this killed my arms, they are so dead now but it feels hella good.
