Wow, I look fat! Oh well, the fat gives me energy, 
. Saturday was alot of fun, especially with all of b fold's other guests there. I would have liked to have gone harder on the overhead press stuff, but my wrist is still limiting me. Notice that my left wrist is wrapped in many of the pics. And, b fold, I am pretty sure it was 11 reps with 315. I would like to say 12, lol, but it is still small in comparison to your deadlifting performance. Awesome job man. Looking forward to Wednesday now....

bearrito: You did amazing...don't sell yourself short. How many people do you know that can deadlift 315 x 11 RAW? You couldn't do that a mont ago either... You look bigger, leaner, and you are getting stronger...amazing how painful things give you good results...

Well...just got up to eat and take some more alleve, orudis KT, and put some more absorbine jr on my back...ouch...only hurts when I breathe...just gotta heal by Wednesday...gotta do some box squats then.
