I can BARELY walk today. I hate doing high rep deads...feel badly hurt every time I do them. It takes me a short 10 minutes to get from laying on my back to my feet...but I will recover quickly. I need to focus more on my abs for sure...a lot more.
Strength feels good and I have already had 6 meals today...in 13 hours. Feel strong and big...got a contest to do shortly...
