a little workout help here....

could you guys please give me some good workout program?
i dont like what iam doing know and i want to change it up a little'
right now iam doing:

mon-biceps,triceps
tues-legs,abs
wed-off day
thur-back,abs
fri-chest,shoulders,traps
sat-off day
sun-off day
i dont want to overtrain and of course i dont want to hurt myself!
i just want to put on some nice mass/size and have fun with it...
i start my cycle very soon so i want to have a workout plan before i start...

21 years old,230lb,6'2 and i dont know my bf%...

Put traps with back and put shoulders with legs or back, you don't want to do overhead presses when you blasted the shit out of your triceps on the bench. Splits are easy to make, its the actual exercises/set/rep ranges that makes things more complex. Eat, sleep, compound lift (bench, military press, deadlift, squat are essential). Check the stickies at the top of this forum for good routines.
 
looks like you want to lift 4 days a week so heres a suggestion

mon-chest tris ( bench,incline,flies,skullcrushers,ropepulldowns are my favs )
tue-legs abs ( squats striaght leg deads and hack squats )
wed-off
thu-shoulders bis ( push press or jerk, military DB 1/2 reps, ez bar curls )
fri-back ( deads, DB rows, pulldowns, and power shrugs )
sat&sun-off

( suggestions for workouts in parantheses, duh !! )

go to traning styles at the top of this page and look at needsizes 5x5, its a really good one.
