I need the expert advice from all the users, viewers and supporters of EF.
Here it is; two years back I was 5'11" 218 lbs and 7% bf. I used an extreme workout routine with an undisciplined diet. Some how it was effective. A crosscountry move, job change and an abrupt end to a six yr relationship. I am now 223 lbs and 21% bf. I tried the old routine to get into shape but my body can not handle the abuse. What are good diet routines that will help me loose the gut and excess fat. I have tried the low carb fads and they are not effective for me. Any info will be greatly appreciated.
