help! damn i is weak! started chest about 4months ago .... im 19 5'8 ... 140lbs, 6.5% body fat, i press 154lb flat. Any ideas on where i should go from here to get bigger gains? For chest I do
incline 10, 8, 6
Flat 10, 8, 6,
Flys 10, 8, 6,
