A few unrelated questions..

I had a few questions that I was hoping someone could answer ..

First, and I'm sure this has been answered a million times but I couldn't find it; where can I order what you guys use for active recovery (on the sticky)?

Next was a question about breathing ... When I lift, I usually inhale on the eccentric and exhale on the concentric. The thing is that I usually don't finish exhaling until I finish the whole concentric, and so when I get stuck halfway I kind of get stuck in my breath. What am I doing wrong?

The other thing I was wondering about was workout length.. I have done my best to stay under an hour each workout, but I feel like I'm able to recover faster and faster now. Is there a certain time period that one should not exceed for a workout? Does it matter if rest periods are long, and do you count from the start of warm-ups to when you are stretching at the end?

Finally, does anyone have a video of a reverse grip bench?

and that's all I can remember being curious about for now. Thanks a bunch

I don't know this for sure but on the breathing I believe that when you get stuck you hold your breath so you can keep your pressure and push/pull thru. Thats mostly a guess though and I'm sure someone here will know the right answer.
