my goal is to be 195-200 by jan 1 and stay natty. It will def be a hard b/c of my body type, i have done pretty much 0 cardio thus far (besides basketball 1-2 times a week). I hate cardio and almost refuse!!!!

i was an idiot and never took a before pic, here is the closest thing i can find to before i started (pre jan 1, 08).

what is cold bicep mean?

Does it mean when arm is down the side of your body or is it when flexed but withou training.
