Current cycle:

test 500mg week 1-12
dbol 30mg week 1-4
katanadrol week 8-13
ECA week 8-10, 12-13

My current pic is my avi.

I just started the PH tren. I really need an 8 pack at this point i dont care how much bigger i get, im pretty happy with the current size. Im reading an ab workout book and basically i wanna add 2 days a week where I do HIIT training with sprints. And also lift heavy on my workout days but only take 1 - 1.5 minutes between sets. usually i take 3 minutes, sometimes longer, which isnt helping me burn calories.

You think with my fast metabolism, the ECA and tren, and the added HIIT and less waiting time between sets will get me there? Im thinking for sure

My diet is oats/eggs in breakfast, protein shake w/ banana snack, turkey sandwich for lunch, protein shake w/ egg whites for afternoon snack, 8 oz meat and cottage cheese for dinner. olive oil before bed

As you know i'm kind of in the same genetic boat as you. I'm working on something that's getting me incredible results. It's completely against bodybuilding dogma and i'm sure people will think i'm an idiot for suggesting it. But you seem to be the type with an open mind so i'll put it out there.

Research Intermittent Fasting. Here is a good place to start:

I know you also have a strong faith. It could be something you apply there as well.

hmm interesting bro, you are also doing the CKD diet? I dont know about fasting on cycle but ill def research it more, has good info and points to it

What bf% you at right now?

I'm not sure on BF right now. Somewhere close to 10%. I've been on the CKD for 2 weeks and i'm down 6lbs and my lifts have gone up (so i'm assuming no muscle loss, possibly muscle gain). I've got some pics posted in the CKD thread.

My thinking is that fasting would work best while in ketosis. If i did it on my 2 back to back cardio only days i would wake up and do low intensity cardio for 45-60 minutes. I would then not eat until 1PM and stop eating at 6PM. Theoretically my body would run solely on stored bodyfat throughout the morning. Then i would do the same thing the next day but by stopping eating at 6PM that opens up the fasting window a few hours longer. So there's potential for more stored bodyfat loss.

Then my next day i start a carbup and eat over maintenance.

On my 2 cardio days this past week i fasted until 11AM. It was rough. I'm going to try to hit the 1PM next week.

Hey,

Abs is a function of muscle mass + bodyfay. You have the mass from yoru AVI so focus in BF. CKD is definately an effective option.

However AAS will aloow you to considerably drop cals whils maintaining muscle mass. Cutting on AAS can be contracvercial, as many BB's would only want you to bulk on AAS.

Im running about 1200 cals below maintenance and the fat is coming off, I stared sub 10% I would say - im running test/ var. may be an option
