Break it down into small meals. Eat something like 3-4 oz of steak, 1 tbs of natural peanut butter and 3/4-1 cup of cooked barley or oatmeal per sitting 10 times a day. You can eat that in under one minute if you have too. I'm with muscleup on the pasta, but skip on the sweet potatoes, they are no better than white one's, contrary to popular opinion. Make certain to add 4 tbs of flax through the day, and toss in some salid with as olive-oil based dressing. This doesn't have to be complicated, nor expensive.
