Hello all. Ive been on this site, and a couple others, trying to find the best ph and pct for MY specific goals and recovery.
This is what ive come up with:
Epi 1-6 weeks @ 30
Trans 3-6 weeks @ 5 pumps am
(would've started earlier but trans was out of stock)
Pct:
Torem (Pills 60mg) 120 mg first 3 days, 90 mg next 4 days, 60 mg next 7 days
30 mgs last 7 days
HCGenerate* 8-12 weeks @ 3am 2pm (5 cps total)
Post/Unleash* 8-12 weeks @ 1 3x a day (3 cps total from each)
Sustain Alpha* 8-10? weeks @ 5ml 2x a day (I have approx 1/2 bottle
leftover from natty stack run)
*Starting Test boosters week 8 instead of 7 cuz ive read that test boosters don't do **** since im using torem during this time. This is info i read online.
Forma Stanz** 8-10 weeks @ 5 pumps am 5 pumps pm (10 total)
11-12 weeks @ 3 pumps am 3 pumps pm (6 total)
**Starting Forma week 8 instead of 7 cuz i read ai isnt needed till 2nd week of Pct. Again this is what i read online.
After Pct: 1 bottle of BioForge 4cps am with 1cp Erase (approx 3 weeks). Bioforge everyday, Erase only 5-6 days a week during workouts only. This is to ensure that i cover all my bases and try to bring my levels back to normal (whatever that my be) and to inhibit any estrogen rebound.
Then 4 weeks later i will start a natural run with Athletix Titanium and Division.
All this info and planning has come from reading countless post, threads, arguments, etc from anabolicm, elitef, and a few other sites.
My questions/concerns are:
1. * Is HCGen, Post/Unleash and 2 weeks of Sustain Alpha too much? Should I just use HCGen and Sustain Alpha and save Post/Unleash for another natty stack run?
2. ** Is starting Forma 1 week after Pct correct or should it be run next day after last epi dose? From what ive read it seems as though most start Forma right after a ph run where no SERM was involved.
3. Is my dosing of Torem adequate considering im only running epi and transderm plus the 2 to 3 separate natural Test boosters to go along with my Pct?
During run and pct i will be taking my multi, fish oil, glucos-msm-condroitin, hawthorne, saw palmetto, vit d3, vit e, cranberry extract, liv care, and organ shield all spread throughout the day.
5' 9" 180 approx 12% body fat 38 yrs
mon and wed boxing muay thai
tues and thurs jiu jitsu
wed (am) fri and sun strength training
not trying to gain weight or size. mostly tighten up, bring bodyfat 8% and increase strength. Had a major injury which caused me to stop training for approx 3 months. lost size and strength. been consistently training again and almost back to normal but would like a jump start to get me going again.
Diet is clean.
So experienced PH users, please advise if my Pct should be tweaked in any way. Thanks for your time.
Post Script: I used PH in the past (late 20's to early 30's) and saw great results. Then suffered with horrible sides due to the lack of knowledge and uniformed salesman regarding Pct.
