6 Meals?!!!

Okay so my schedule has changed a bit and I am looking for some input. went from 3 large meals(breakfast,lunch,dinner) and 3 smaller in between meals.

Tried to split my protein up into 40-60g throughout my 6 meals,
Calories by the 500.

Now that I have this new job I've been taking in 3 ridiculously large meals and a weight gainer shake here and there.
This morning for breakfast I consumed over 1,000 cals and 65g of protein.
For lunch I had 60g of protein and 1200 cals.
For supper I will have around 12-1500 cals and 60-70g of protein..
I sneak in a shake and some oatmeal bars in when I can and a gallon of water..

Is this not sufficient?

How much do you weigh? Bulking, cutting or maintaining?

It looks like your protein is kinda low.

Your taking in 3,500 calories and are under 200g protein.

My days lately have been around 2600 calories with 240 protein (cutting), I weigh 225 and shoot for at least 1g/protein per pound. You should try tracking every thing you eat for a few days and see what you need to move around to get that protein up, imo.

Ya it was kind of a rough estimate but after further study including the shakes I throw in and the cal bars I get about 215-220g of protein.

Just about 7 weeks into sust 350 cycle.
 
i agree, your protein intake is very low in comparison to your calories... fuck, i have meals with 400 calories and 90-100 grams of protein in them...

Fuck haha. I go for 200-220. I'm not even 200lbs.. Shouldn't put me in any sort of deficit.. Right?
 
I personally dont agree with eating 70+ grams of protein in a meal. Your body can digest all that at once. I eat more meals more frequently. 8 meals with 40-60 grams of protein is easier on the body and it digests better for me. When I go any higher it just sends me to the bathroom more often. If you have a job that prevents sit down meals than make sandwiches and wraps for on the go. Make sure you take bathroom breaks at work every 2 hours and pound down a sandwich during your trip. I take a cooler to work with me and Im never hungry or thirsty.

Well I have these on the go shakes I usually slam whenever I have a moment to open them.. Not as good as actual nutrients but I get the carb protein and calories I need..

Its better than nothing but if you could slam a steak wrap instead youd be better off imo.
