Flat Bench Press 5x5
Bent Over Rows 5x5
Workout B
Squat 5x5
OHP 5x5
Dead lift 1x5
Add 5 lbs to every excersize every week except Dead LIfts. Add 10 lbs to them.
Do all excersized with BBL. No dbls and no machines
The 5x5 sets are your work sets and do not include WU sets.
