im 20 years old and have been lifing for 6 years, i lifted for 4 year streight, before juicing. i decided to start juiceing cause i was just not gaining anything and my protein and cals were pritty high. i used creatine of and on and just stoped liking it, i started at 145lbs and my first cycle put me to 165 and this cycle has put me to 180-185lbs, my first cycle was a 5 weeker with only 20mg d-bol for 2 weeeks and 250mg enanthate for 5 weeks and my diet was way better then what im going now. i just moved and i dont have a job so i dont have that much protein arround to drink so i eat mass chicken, tuna and 6 eggs a day,and lots of read meet and breads. im hopeing that i will get up to 190 and keep some of the gains and maintain my weight at 185. in my first cycle i gained 25lbs and kept 20. btw i am a verry hardgainner. off cycle i cant gain crap, my matabolism is way too high. keep the questions comeing bro's.
