I started training when i was 15-16years old, i started at 45kgs "yeah i was really skinny" and thats actually the reason i started to train
before i started traning i gathered informaiton about diet and training. I read for about 5hour aday everyday in 2month before i started in the gym
I went from eating 1meal to 7meals, and that helpt me gain 24kgs the first year, and 20kgs the next year. Ive been cutting and bulking from there, and looking pretty good at 85kgs
