3045 awesome calories for $5.75, no cooking (Synpax Diet 2)

what do u eat after u run?
u said 2.5ON afer lifting/boxing
so what do u take post workout after running

thanks for the guide!

after run I do 50g dextrose mixed with ultima replenisher (for taste and electrolytes and a small amount of maltodextrin). Then I hit anothier 100% whey serving if I'm not boxing, and then within an hour I start in on half the 150 oats that are not flax seed oil doused.

Welcome.

no flame bro - but dont you get sick and tired of the same bland foods??????? I gotta have some variety and I have to have some veggies at almost every meal..........keeps me clean....

On Tuesdays I have general Tsau's chicken (hold the garlic, spices, and sugar) for lunch. On Friday's I hit a buffet ASSUMING I stuck to my diet all week long.

Also, once in a while I'll get a late start or be to tired at night to make this up in the little baggies, so I have to break out alternatives.

See, the thing is, when you eat this way, you really do appreciate those fine meals when you have them on occasion. Also, you get use to the flavor. The hardest part are the shakes.

I'm thinking about, for my purposes, reducing the costs by dropping the pro complex in favor of using the 100% whey entirely. The pro complex is about half the cost.

Are you making gains eating like this? I start school on Monday and will not have the time to eat that I would like!

Thinking about giving this a try!

i dont think its a good idea to remove pro complex because it has your multivitamins and minerals
if you remove complex u will probably add a multivitamin mineral pill? and how much will that cost?

Windwork - I do take a heavy multivitamin already. GNC megaman.

JKurz - currently, in 3 100g doses, two of which are doused in flax seed oil (for both pre-workout meals). I have the 3rd 100g dose after the afternoon lifting session.

That's a nice way to add calories; doesn't look tasty but it shows bulking can be done cheaply.
