3045 awesome calories for $5.75, no cooking (Synpax Diet 2)

Hi guys,

After much study, practice, and review, I have updated the Synpax Diet. It is designed with the following objectives:
1) Be incredibly healthy for strenth trainers who are bulking and others who need a lot of clean calories.
2) Be very inexpensive.
3) Take no preperation time.
4) Require no cooking equipment, not even a microwave.
5) Consist of foods that are easy to consume quickly
6) Consist of as few foods as possible.

The following objectives were not considered at all:
1) Tasting good
2) Not freaking a girl out if you told her you ate this way.
3) Making you not fart a lot.

Please see the spreadsheet here. The ONLY FIELD you should change at this time is the GRAMS CONSUMED column to make it fit to your diet. I currently have it set 40/40/20 with a target of around 3000 calories, 5 scoops of 100% Whey, and 100g of dextrose. I typically have 3 and at least 2 workouts a day (run, lift, box).

What does it look like?
140g (two servings) of ON Pro Complex
300g of oats
40g of Flax Seed Oil (did not account for the cost of this)
100g of Dextrose (33g after each of 3 workouts or 50g after each of two)
6g (1 can) of tuna fish
5 scoops of ON 100% Whey (2.5 scoops after the lifting and boxing workout)

And obviously, you should drink at LEAST a gallon of water with this.

Additional Eating Instructions:
1) To consume the oats, try eating them raw. Fill a cup that can easily funnel into your mouth. Fill your mouth part-way, chew a little, and then wash down. It's easy! Add a little cinamon if you are a rich person and can afford it or are good at shoplifting.
2) To drink protein, put the serving amount, plus any other powdered sups you use (glutamine, creatine, dextrose, chalk, cocaine, etc) into a coffee mug. Add 2/3s cup or less of water and stir with a spoon. Then down the hatch! 5 seconds later you just downed ~55g of protein! Nice work!
3) To consume the flax seed oil, break your oats into two tuperware containers and add the flax seed oil to one of them. The put hte top on and shake it up. You can eat this one pre-workouts.

Anyway, I hope some of you folks like me who are too poor to get real food and too lazy/busy to cook find this useful! If so, please mail me some of that cinamon you got on five finger discount. All the grocery stores in my area have my picture on their 'do not admit' list because I'm not very good at that stuff!

I don`t like food. This would be good for me.

Thanks. I should update it to mention the use of vitamins (megaman style) to get those essentials.

Although the Pro Complex does a really good job of getting you a lot of that multivitamin stuff.

This internet forum thing only works if people share their ideas. So please share your idea.

After all, this is only the Synpax Diet 2 - and the one thing there is always room for is improvement.

Oh, and J-E-L-L-O.

Thanks for yours Synpax!

If anyone else has anymore post them please!

Synpax and me have the same diets, essentially. Mine is posted in another thread, but I'll put it here:

Food Calories Fats Carbs Protein
5 Protein Shakes 1200 10.5 40 220
5 Oatmeals 650 10 145 25
6 Milks 720 30 78 48
4 Tbsp Olive Oil 480 52 0 0
4 Tbsp ANPB 400 32 14 14
Dextorse Powder 292 0 75 0
Totals (Training) 3742 132.5 352 307
Totals (Normal) 3450 132.5 277 307

That's what I consume daily. I weigh 177 (so almost 2gP/lb-BW), about bodyweight x 20 in calories. Very easy to digest. $45.08 weekly cost.

BFS - I recall you are using 100% Whey from ON. For 5 servings are you sure you want to be using something that is absorbed so quickly? I use both Pro Complex (during day, before bed, slow absorbtion) and 100% (post-workout, fast absorbtion) for that reason.

I don't feel it's too big a deal considering I'm eating every 1.5-2.5 hours, depending on my mood. Pro Complex is too expensive and money is tight, so this is the best buy I've found.
