2iu of gh for 6 months - use insulin or not?? (ironmaster)

Ok, well 2iu is ok aslong as its good GH and by that I mean not serostim, geno or huma is cool at that and will be enough.

If your not bulking then you can leave the slin, although for me its a integral part of every cycle now yes every cycle, I use a minimum of 10iu per day most days 20iu (10iu in the am and 10iu in the pm)

GH has exihbited fatloss for me both local and right across my frame.


6 months at 2iu sounds like FANTASTIC to me :)
 
Some of you guys havent read my thread on THIS exact subject.

This is what 2IUs of GH 5 on 2 off has done for me in the 6 weeks ive been taking it so far:

1. Total Annhialation of localized fat (been site injecting into my fat chest, the change is nothing short of amazing)
2. Ability to continue to loose bodyfat through out (just came off a cutting cycle. 9 weeks ago I finished a 6 week long T3 course, where the peak dose was 125mcg. SO wheres this fat rebound that Im supposed to have?? Im STILL loosing fat!)
3. Have maintained my gains after coming off, have even made improvements in strength.
4. I feel great. I usually dont crash and burn post cycle, but I do get a lil down, do feel a lil listless, not this time. I feel great, like im on top of my gain, dont even feel like im off.

Now, just for shits and giggles, I added 10IUs of Slin Postwork. Have been doing this for a week. Results:

1. An increase of 4lbs . And its not fat, becasue I need to repeat, Im leaner than ever.
2. A SURE increease in strength.

Granted, Im eating ridiclosly clean when runniing slin. I dont eat ANY fat 2 hours before,or for 6 hours after the shot. Like almost anything else, how much fat you put on slin is gonna depend big time on your diet. Wthslin, your diet basically has to be picture perfect ifyou wanna avoid fat. So there you go.

How much did what cost?

I get GH for about 2.60 an IU. So I spent about 357 for 12 weeks worth at my dosing schedule.

The slin cost me $30 :p
 
And considering what the alternative was for getting rid of my chest fat (lipo...and yes that was the only REAL alternative. I can loose body fat ALL OVER easily, but I NEVER loose any fat from my chest or my love handles, no matter how lean i get, so yeah lipo woulda been the only alternative), Id say it was a bargain.
 
studies show and many bodybuilder's will vouch that hgh is almost usless until you've reached near a year of use. 2 i.u.'s is a decently effective dose using the 5-2 method. If you are trying to cut I do not recommend using insulin w/. But in a mass cycle insulin is crucial w/ gh as well as test, you are virtually creating a pueperty coctail. I suggest gh w/ cutters if trying to cut, but for mass try 2-4 iu's / day w/ insulin 2x daily especially 3/4 through your work-out, along w/ 250-500mg. wk. test

must be one very special and hard-as-a-rock fat...
 
Dude, Ive gone down to as low as 10% BF and still had full blown tits and a spare tire, so go figuere out that one!

Ive had both since I was a kid too, this aint just some sort or recent phenomena. This type of fat distribution also seems to be quite common on my dads side of the family. So again, go figuere that one!
