2iu of gh for 6 months - use insulin or not?? (ironmaster)

Actually IM suggests this for fatloss, he says more than 2iu is more or less a waste when you take into account the money too.

I'll let him elaborate if he sees this thread.

SEVERAL people have said that it's a waste to use what seems to be common these days. 2 IU's is not a low dose, it will be very effective, as long as he uses 5 on 2 off method, or something similar.

over 35 yr old, the 5 on 2 off method is useless. BTW GH for fatloss, still have doubts, there's many other methods that will do the job for cheaper.

Can you tell me why the 5 on 2 off method for anyone over 35 is useless?

Also, from the studies I've read that IronMaster and others have posted, gh used for fatloss produces significant results. I'll try and find them and post for you.

What else would you use gh for?
Anything else and the money isn't worth it, and I don't believe in it building mass...

The 5-2 method is used in order to keep your natural production of GH post-cycle. But over 35 your production is insignificant if not non-existent.

BTW I dont believe in GH at all. Bulking or cutting or whatever.
