2iu of gh for 6 months - use insulin or not?? (ironmaster)

A buddy of mine is going to do 2iu's of gh for 6 months (as opposed to 4iu's for 3 months). At that low a dose, is insulin still an integral component of the cycle? Should his dosing be lower because the gh is such a small amount?

By the way, all the other components are in order (ie- test, diet, etc etc).

why would someone use 2 IU of GH for 6 months ? sounds a bit low....
