Ok so as I said I decided to start a new thread for new goals, and a new frame of mind, just felt like I needed a new start.
So The new goals are the following:
Photoshoot in 6 weeks
Competition in 17 weeks (Now for this I'm going to take it as I go, my goal is to do this show however if I don't feel I look my best yet, I'm not doing it, and of course as long as the health stays on track.)
I'm not working with a trainer or anything for these goals, just going to apply my own knowledge, and really listen to my body.
I plan on keeping this log very detailed also. So here we go.
Supplements being taken:
Cardio Breeze: 1 in the am
Multi- Vitamin Stress Formula: 1 in the am
Vitamin C: 2 x a day
8:00
30 minutes cardio (various sppends, and intervals, lol just tried to last 30 minutes as intense as I could, gawd why did I stop the cardio again)
9:30
25g whey protein
1 tsp glut.
1 tsp glycine
1/2 tsp taurine
1 plum
2:15
1/2 rice
3 oz chicken
salad (lettuce, cucumber)
3:30 Nap
5:15
25g protein (1/2 whey, 1/2 Casein)
1 tbsp flaxseed
1/2 banana
1 rice cake
1 tbsp almond butter
* I know you're all loving the title
