Ive been pretty serious the last few years with eating somewhat right and workin out like crazy. Currently i play hockey (practice 3 times a week for an hour each, and 2 games on the weekend) so you could imagine its hard for me to gain and maintain mass. I am 5 11 and currently fluctuate from 185 to 190 lbs or so, sometimes i drop down to 180 but average im 185ish. Im probably gonna start a cycle sometime in the future but i really want to get my diet down correctly and gain as much as possible naturally. My problem is im not sure what to do to keep this weight its really frustrating, also i go to school and work so sometimes its not easy to make myself a quality meal. Any advice to what i should do, especially good things to eat when i just dont have the time. Thanks.

Eat. Don't worry about quality meals. Go to McDonalds 6 times a day and order as much as you can eat. Once that is over, chug a shake.

If you are struggling to put weight on, that means any fat you put on while bulking will be relatively easy to lose.

really ok i wasnt sure i was kinda thinking of keeping everything clean i wanna have a nice six pack i alreayd have a prtetty good one but i want to be ripped. Also i want to watch my sodium intake so i dont bloat and get puffy

I consume tons of sodium. The bloat is temporary. It will fade as soon as ya stop consuming.

And you have to sacrifice something in order to get something else. Unless you are a genetic freak(which you aren't if you are asking this question), the best way to put on muscle will also put a bit of fat on you. But you can burn it off afterward.

A note of caution tho. I said eat everything because in cases like yours, exaggeration is usually the best hint. 99.9% of people who say "I can't gain weight" eat at a rate that I would lose fat on. It would be best to moderate, but side on the excessive.

ya i understand...usually when i gain weight it is in the form of muscle...i cant remember ever having any signs of noticeable fat on me...ever. lol

Hi,
As a suggestion, you would go for a diet meal plan in order to maintain your weight loss program. Or simply ask a doctors advice for this matter. I'm sure they can help you. Here are some diet meals plans that I know and can help you.

  1. Commit to consuming 4 - 6 small meals and snacks everyday.
  2. To succeed, you must plan ahead by packing your foods the night before. Thus, you should always have fresh and low-fat foods around.
  3. Keep it simple. Don't get too caught up on the specifics or your diet. Start by simply just counting calories.
  4. Eat your foods slower.
  5. Make healthier food selections like fruits, vegetables, whole grain cereals, and beans, low-fat or nonfat dairy products, low fat meats, fish and skinless poultry.
  6. Avoid foods that are high in fat and calories.
  7. Avoid foods that are high in sugars such as pastries, candy bars, pies and candy.
  8. Use a variety of fruits and vegetables in your nutrition plan. Start by trying to eat 5 total vegetable and fruit servings every single day.
I'm sure this can help you. . or you can try some Diet Ebook Reviews website....Goodluck!
