Musclehealth’s Diet plan....Basically I am looking to cut fat and retain as much muscle as possible. Im on gear (test/tren). I am looking to try a diet which is not so dam complicated and allows me a little freedom. Im naturally lean so I dont thing I will have problems.

Weekdays: 70% fat, 30% protein. 5 meals
Weekends: Carb loading. Any carbs wanted. Pizza, Beer, Pasta, bagels.

Mon: Legs/ Shoulder (strongest day from carb loading)
Tues: Back/Bi’s
Wed: Chest/Tri’s
Thurs: Rest
Fri: Full Blown workout (all body parts).
Friday night (after exhaustive workout) : Carb loading.
Saturday: Carb load
Sunday: carb load till about 6:00. Then back to Monday Diet.

-Test/Tren
-Nolva @ 20mg ED
-Glutamine @ 10mg ED
-Multi-Vitamin
-Vitamin C
-Vanadyl Sulfate to help get into ketosis if needed.

I will use a meter to check my blood levels.

Thanks guys!!!!

personally...if i was on gear i would use a 40/30/30 break down and stay away from the ckd diets....i'm not sure what would be better for you though. i would go to the steroid forum and ask if this is a good idea... and also would def stay away from the beer as much as you can....

lol....was just responding to the carb loading on the weekends. one beer every 6 months...wish i was that good!!!

I would be a little worried that a diet that high in saturated fats combined with the lipid altering caused by steroids might not be the best approach. On the gear you can play faster and looser with your cutting diet. The original CKD was designed for drug free athletes so they would lose the minimum muscle while getting into competition shape. Personally, I can't even do a CKD and function but if you've gotten good results in the past Vs. a moderate carb diet then stick with what works.

I will be following this thread... I fell off the CKD wagon .. I had the best results with this type diet and wish I had the strength to get back on. I am hoping this thread.. teehee.. will inspire me too!!
