Last night was a nice workout. The bicep is already feeling better from the two doses of Ipa, so I thought I'd test it out a little. Did everything with the Altitude mask on.

3x20@100lbs (extremely slow 4down 2pause and flex 4up) -holy pump When I got done I had Veins through both triceps!!! Like they pretty much wrapped all the way around my arms. They stuck out too!, Not just visible!!!!

Did a little bit of everything. I had increased calories for a couple of days cause my buddy said my leptin levels could be too low and when that happens as you know, pretty much anything you take in your body just stores as fat, and it's damn near impossible to shed any. Probably due to the fact that I cut calories at such a dramatic pace. Well, I'll do another day of like 3000 calories today, and then back at it @ 2000. I should see some serious fat loss after that too! I'll take pictures when I get back from the gym. I love you all and these last 4 weeks are going to be amazing!
