Dude, so I've been on the Primo/Test for like 3 weeks now I think maybe four?....any who I haven't really lifted for 2 of those weeks. Yesterday I went in and did my thing. Didn't think much of it, but I realized that things were going up really quick. Really easily. Like weird easy. Like front squats were way easier than 2 weeks a go, and then when I got to squats....let me preface....I don't squat a ton. I don't. I usually do sets of ten with 135 and I'd struggle. Honest. It's my knees. Yesterday though I was doing butt to floor sets of 20 with the same weight and I was just flying up. I felt awesome, and rest times were almost non existent!!! Biceps looked sooooooo crazy veiny after curls. They have never been this veiny, and again....no rest really ....maybe thirty seconds tops. Seriously TGC stuff is the best. I love Primo. It's perfect for me. Lean Mean, and no side effects!
yeah that's why i'm waking up craving cereal in the middle of the night (well that and the deca). Because your body just gets so used to eating every few hours i wake up like clockwork and down a big ass bowl of honey bunch of oats without even completely waking up lol No more of that for me though cause i'll end up 220 by the end of the cycle lmao
