Edmonton looks to follow up last game's win at Detroit with another Friday when they visit the Blues.

Sporting a 7-6-1 overall record and a 2-4-0 mark within the division, the Oilers aim to knock the Blues (1-3-2 in the division) for a loss.

In a game that potentially could see plenty of scoring, the total opened high, at 6.5. The line opened at 135 in favor of the Oilers.

The Oilers come off a 4-3 win against the Red Wings, a game where they were a 220 underdogs. The game went over the closing total of 6.

A game after giving up 6 goals in a loss against Chicago, Mike Kitchen expects his defence to clamp down and contain the Oilers. If not, don't expect many under players Friday.

Some trends to consider:
Edmonton is 1-4-2 OU in its last 7 games away against St. Louis
