Took these this morning. Still 6'3" (LOL) and checked in at 228.

I am completely clean btw.
I am currently working on bringing up my lat width and chest/delt density.
I also started doing cardio this week.

I took these with my camera phone and don't have the software to resize etc.

I have three more on the way. I will post them when they land in my email.

Oh yeah. Working my obliques for the first time in my life too. I am starting to see them a little bit... kind of cool actually!
