Went in and did ultra light lifting today. Just keeping the blood moving around. Hoping to not lose to much muscle while in a deficit. Might as well try and get down below 220 since I'm on light lifting duty atm. Ok everyone have a good weekend and get Strong AF.

@RoidRage69 there is no stopping you from pumping iron you find a way no matter what. and 400lbs on RDL's is amazing!
