coach is happy with how things are going during this re comp phase; I've dropped a little weight down to 108.7kg but starting to get in better shape while still holding some level of fullness.
the plan from here is to get in good condition then cruise for a little before having a good old crack.

Loving the new diet all the food taste great, very interested to see the difference it makes to the look of my physique eating basically all whole foods. Probably the diet I've been on in terms of health like there's nothing I look at and think I'd be better off swapping that for something else.

TRAINING DAY DIET

Meal 1: PRE WO

2 whole eggs
430ml egg whites
90g cream of rice dry weight
90g sourdough bread
20g honey
1 tablespoon kimchi
1 tablespoon sauerkraut

Train

25g intra workout carbs from cycle dextrin, coconut water or isotonic drink

Meal 2: POST WO

185g cooked chicken breast
115g cream of rice dry
100g banana
20g honey

Meal 3:

185g cooked steak or extra lean mince Beef
210g white rice cooked
80g pineapple
75g green veg (optional)

Meal 4:

Calories were cut a tiny bit last week but still around 4000cals and losing weight off that which is crazy considering at one point in time I couldn't even eat this much food in a bulk. just goes to show consistency over a long period does produce change and adaptation.

In a really good spot atm body is leaning up and weight is in a pretty good place, will give my official weight next check in either tomorrow or Sunday. plan on getting bloods if not tomorrow mid next week to check health markers and make sure nothing is in a bad place.
