Weight didn't budge this week but I feel I'm getting leaner by the week so this re comp is definitely doing its thing now.
He's happy with everything and wants to up the DHB a touch and see if we can stay around this weight while getting better week by week.

Best I've felt in a while the body seems to be responding well, stress is down so recovery has been great.
looking forward to getting reasonably lean then it's time to put on as much size as we can for late next year.

Another great session in the books pump was extra juicy today!!
getting to the point now where I'm starting to see muscle separation and reasonably happy with how my body is looking, still probably another 6 to 8 weeks to get in a real decent spot before we do a recovery phase before really launching into something and making huge progress.
