2 Weeks Out Update @Raptor Labs @Raptor Rep

Bodyweight & Progress
Photos from Friday morning were at 115.4kg, and now I’m sitting at 113.9kg as of this morning. The body is absolutely flying right now, dropping consistently, and I’m hitting new lows almost every day. At this rate, I honestly expect to see around 110kg (or maybe even a touch lower) prior to carb-up, especially because I flatten out hard during depletion. Really curious to see what that look is like next week!

Plan Adjustments
No major changes this week, just a couple of additions:

  • Halotestin: 10mg daily
  • Nolvadex: 10mg daily
  • Nutrition: 4 low days this week to really harden up and get the last bit of fat off. We may run a high day towards the end of the week if needed to slow the drop and avoid flattening out too much — once I flatten, it takes multiple continuous high days to fill back out.
Training Reflections
This is the first week I’ve noticed a big drop in training drive and strength. The deficit is definitely hitting now. We’re not chasing new PBs at this stage, so it’s all about maintaining performance and execution — which is still solid.

  • Strength: Holding relatively well, but mentally it’s all discipline now.
  • Joints: No pain or tightness, everything is moving well. Some extra cracking/popping in elbows during posing and pressing (my elbows have never been great), but with proper warm-ups and feeder sets, zero actual issues.
Appetite & Hunger
Through the roof this week. Retatrutide isn’t really touching the sides anymore, which is expected at this stage. The difference from last prep is huge though — I remember feeling like this at 10 weeks out last time, and now it’s only 2 weeks out and I’m leaner, harder, and much further ahead.

Condition Thoughts
I’m confident the look will be massively improved from last time. I don’t think I’ll be absolutely peeled for this first show, but I will be in very good condition and a clear step up from before.

Health & Recovery
Got bloodwork done this morning to check markers, especially liver health with Halo now in the mix (last labs in May had some concerns). Expecting them to look a little rough being so close to show, but hoping what we’ve put in place since then has helped limit the damage.

  • Cardiovascular health feels amazing — least puffed out and fittest I’ve felt in years.
  • Sleep: Still waking multiple times overnight to piss, so naps are on the cards. Interestingly, I took my CPAP mask off this morning and had zero issues napping without it.
Mindset
Despite the hunger and fatigue, I feel calm, focused, and honestly grateful to be doing this. All in all, feeling great! Feeling grateful to do what I get to do, living the life of my dreams and executing to a high standard every single day with prep and work and maintaining such a healthy happy relationship has made all the difference in the world to my mental state. I am calm, not stressed and feeling good every day I wake up (albeit hungry and tired but that's all part of the fun).

TIME TO CLOSE OFF THIS LAST BIT OF FAT LOSS AND GET ONSTAGE FOR FIRST SHOW IN 2 WEEKS!!!!!!

Push Day @Raptor Labs @Raptor Rep

Incline Nautilus Shoulder / Clavicular Chest Press

Decline Pec Fly Machine

Training Notes:
Strength is holding well. Currently training in an awesome new gym with some incredible old-school Nautilus equipment, which I’m absolutely loving. The only downside is the CNS adaptation period—probably not the most ideal time for it this close to show—but honestly, the mental relief of not chasing old numbers has been huge. Early prep strength was so ridiculous that the progression targets were getting almost impossible to hit, so it feels refreshing to work on new equipment. I’m already excited for the offseason with access to this quality kit!
@PassiveHulk 2 big updates bro
you are growing well i see impressive size!

team @Raptor Labs @Raptor Rep Raptor has the best talent bro!

Thank you brother! I appreciate it

Running retatrutide at 1mg per week at the moment, they also all do inherently different things to support lipolysis so will definitely continue running them up until coach recommends we pull them out to carb load

Thank you so much man! I think so, no point pushing large quantities of injectables while oxidative stress management is more important than muscle accrual and I have orals and tren in there doing the primary bulk of the muscle retention job so happy with the stack design
Thank you for the posing compliment, I take inspiration and was taught by the best @King odyssey

I forgot to add it lol hahaha I'm on 70mg of tren sorry I forgot to add it to the list as the dosage hasn't changed since it went in

Thank you so much my good sir, body is moving along nicely! Couldn't be doing it without you and the team at Raptor ♥️

Thank you so much brother, I really hope so but what will be will be, I am just excited to get back onstage

Thank you so much brother, it could be many years away but health be willing I will get there!

Thank you to everyone else for your kind words also ♥️
yeah makes sense. i just think reta is so much more cleaner then clen in terms of heart damage

amazing updates brother, reading from the post above this one as well incredible that reta has helped hold off those feelings until only 2 weeks out.

the team can't wait to see you on stage

Thank you so much brother! Really happy and yes Team Raptor is KING!!!!

I agree man definitely, different mechanism of action though and tbh I am a big fan of Clen, if I was already peeled and hadn't needed too leverage so much assistance to get the fat off I probably would have preferred to stick to Reta alone but Clen is still great

Thank you so much brother! Absolutely could not agree more, literally a fkn wonder drug and honestly it's the only thing I've really adjusted/put in that could have caused such a dramatic improvement in all systemic health markers in bloodwork so I am a big fan!
Thank you boss man, very excited to showcase what we've put together!

We honestly couldn't have picked a better team if we tried brother, we blessed
I couldn't have been happier to be picked for such an amazing team brother I am the blessed one! Thank you so much @Raptor Labs for always doing SO much to support us and help us all achieve our goals ♥️

best team is team raptor bro!

1 Week Out Update @Raptor Labs @Raptor Rep

I am FLAT. Checked in at 113.0kg this morning. This week has been a real grinder, to be completely honest. Motivation is at an all-time low, but every single box is still being ticked. Strength has surprisingly held okay, but every set absolutely buries me—by the end of each session, I’m wrecked.

Had check-in with the coach this morning and he was happy with the look. Big dry-out after the 600g carb day yesterday—little top-up of carbs tightened me up visually, but no big increase in fullness and no spill whatsoever. Based on that, we’ve adjusted the plan coming into peak week:

  • Normally I’d run two low days over the weekend, but coach wants training-day calories to give me a little top-up before depletion.
  • Running 285P / 230C / 60F for the next two days.
  • No zero-carb days now—I’m already incredibly flat—so depletion training will be used instead.
  • Low-day calories for depletion will look like 285P / 120C / 60F (may increase fats slightly for intramuscular triglyceride storage via fat loading, but undecided).
  • Carb load strategy is TBD—we’re checking in daily and making adjustments based on real-time visual changes.
Honestly feeling really good about the package. I know I’m just flat, and dropping so quickly that the little bit of body fat left on glutes and lower abs should come in this week.

Drug Changes

  • Last injection of test, EQ, and primobolan today.
  • MOTS-C and Reta have been out since last weekend.
  • Still running all orals:
    • 120mcg clen
    • 200mg 5-amino 1MQ
    • 1mg SLU PP332 split into 2 doses
    • Halo increased from 10mg → 20mg (3 days ago after assessing bloodwork from Monday)
    • Anavar 60mg
    • T3 25mcg

Getting really excited for the post-comp reverse. I know we’ve added a good amount of tissue earlier in prep, and I can’t wait to fill back out and get training performance back. I’ve also decided to start working with a new coach post-show as my current coach is stepping away to focus on other businesses. Super pumped to get GROWING.
