I’ve been training for almost 10 years now. Trying multiple different types and loads of programs. I’ve been working with a coach now for just under a year.

The goal is to potentially compete in classic physique next year. Season A or B, depending on how I progress this year.

@SteveMobsterG - 16 weeks for this one. Possibly pushing a little longer if bloods come back good in a couple of weeks!

Rest day today! Catching up on meal prep and bits and pieces.

First session back after a few days off due to sickness. Successful push session complete with all things considered.

Todays session consisted of-

• Cable seated chest flies- 3 sets 12-15 reps 35kgs

• Plate loaded chest press- 2 sets (top set back off set) 8-12 reps 70kgs/ 50kgs per side

• Cable lateral raises (dual) - 2 sets 10-12 reps rest pause sets 15kgs

• Superset 3 sets 10-12 reps -17.5kg
Chest supported dumbbell lateral raise
Seated dumbbell reverse fly

• Smith machine flat bench press - 1 set 8-12 reps rest pause set 110kgs

• Dumbbell lying tricep extensions- 3 sets 8-12 reps 17.5kgs

@Smidday you will definitely be able to compete you have the muscle mass there already.
