Machine hammer curl

Had a good arms session, solid pump , couldn’t go over 2 set in quads, they r still sore and painful from last session being trained after 2 weeks, hopefully nxt week would set or 2. Thanks everyone!!

Warm up- 5kg- 16rep
Set 1: 13kg- 17rep
Set 2: 13kg- 15rep drop to 8kg 8more rep

Hammer strength fixed lat pulldown
Warm up- 54kg- 15 rep
Set 1: 96kg- 13rep
Set 2: 96kg- 12rep

Single arm dumbell row
Set 1: 45kg- 13 rep
Set 2: 45kg- 13rep

Long rope tricep pull down to overhead tricep pushdown
Set 1: 25kg- 15rep+ 5 rep
Set 2: 25kg- 12rep+5rep
Set 3: 25kg- 10rep+5rep

Hammer strength iso lateral wide grip row
Set 1: 65kg each- 13rep
Set 2: 65kg each- 12rep
Set 3: 65kg each- 11rep

Hammer strength iso lateral shoulder press
Set 1: 45kg each- 9rep
Set 2: 45kg each- 7rep drop set 40kg each- 3 rep

Overall very good session, getting close to strength where i was before. Nxt week or week after will be starting my growth phase and upped the ped thinking of doing 300mg test e 300npp and 100dhb weekly slowly titrate up test e and npp as needed and 5iu gh daily.
