Oh I just started dating a Pakistani girl and when I go to her parents house they cook Pakistani food no matter what the situation and they hand it to me
the last time I ate it the whole way home I had really bad heartburn I don’t know if they put something in the rice/chicken that was too spicy or what
in general would you say that this type of food is healthy or should I turn the food down next time I don’t want to be disrespectful

bro food is fine its just that naturally they are habitual of eating spicy foods......you can request them to go easy on spices........

My fiance is Indian and it took me several years to adjust to her cooking...that stuff is hot! She used to look at me like I was nuts when I complained. Im guessing Paki cooking is the same. It tastes good but damn, it can be rough on the exit the next day!
