Update on the katana . Well I feel really positive still and am gaining strength endurance and vascularity still. Bottle is getting lower though
I haven't been sleeping quite as well lately but nothing too detrimental it could have been work related as my new role at work has some added stress factors at times, so does being married and being in camp away from your woman. Next 7 days I have off though and am home erry day weeew!
Skin is a little oily and I have slight aggression I called a woman a fucking bitch this morning but I don't know If that was from the katana, I think most of ya would have done the same as its seriously -35 Celsius here cold dark n miserable out, Middle Aged over weight woman cut me off in the parking lot at the gym and I was like w/e just smashed legs was riding a high, but then she proceeded to reverse beside me and roll down the window and start screaming at me how I should watch where I'm going... Now I've never hit another vehicle in my 10 years of driving so while she was mid babbling I just cut her off by yelling fuck you ya dumb bish maybe you should go for a run so you can properly shoulder check, and i peeled away.. I'm not proud of this and I felt like a high school punk but as I was leaving I caught myself smirking a little. That's my story and I'm sticking to it. Ill be hitting upper body later.
