Keto friendly 0 carb buffalo chicken
8-10oz cubed chicken tits
30g crushed pork rinds (~20 pork rinds, crush them in a baggy)
2 egg whites
Zero Carb hot sauce of choice. I use Franks Red Hot Buffalo Sauce.
1. Lube up your frying pan with cooking spray.
2. Coat Chicken tits in egg whites then crushed pork rinds.
3. Fry dem titties until they're golden brown.
4. Add the hot sauce to the pan and make sure it coves all the tits.
5. Enjoy
