I like to take Hormel's Turkey Chili, which is 99% fat free and has something like 45 grams of protein in a can, and put a can of that in a bowl. THen I take some tortiall chips and eat the chili with the chips (as much chili per chip as possible).
If I'm feeling frisky I'll heat up the chili.
if I'm feeling like going all out I'll put some Mozzarella cheese in the chili before nuking it.
YUM!
