OK it's vital to follow DC's diet, he made a post about it on page 26 or 27 but I can also answer most questions about it, here is sort of a guideline for my eating, what I like to do is vary my carb sources and meat sources so that the diet doesn't go stale AND I LOVE FOOD AND LOTS OF IT:
-note per DC's recommendations I use optimum pro complex shake, 55 g protein per serving with glutamine and lots of other benefits...I also use shotglasses for the oil (filled

Pro complex shake in 2% milk with a shot of grapeseed oil

1 pound or so of chicken in 2-3 cups wild rice

Protein shake in water, box of kraft mac+cheese
---workout (time varies), Isopure bottle (40 g protein) mixed with 100-150 g dextrose powder (I just throw scoops in), then an optimum shake in water blended with a banana. BLOATING HAHA

1 lb steak, potatoes

Salmon or orange roughy (2 filets), almonds, veggies, Udo's choice oil

Procomplex shake in milk with extra virgin olive oil
