I am okay with carb cycling so far. Even 1.5 weeks into it, I've at least dropped some water weight and no more bloating ... I can see a leaner me!

Last Wednesday, I was on my third day of no/low carbs, and my brain wasn't running at full capacity, but otherwise good.

No bad cravings, energy is alright... thanks to FBC - Who tweaked my training schedule to better match my high and low carb days.
 
HAAAAAAPPY MONDAY!
Here we go.....


CARB CYCLING
BACK TO LOW CARB


Pills for today day will be

Women’s Multi (one)
Joint Soother- 1 cap 2 x a day
Sesapure – 1 cap 3 x a day
Liv-a-new- 1 Cap 3 x a day
Glucorell- 1 before lunch
Omegas- 1 Cap 2 x a day

Cardio Breeze – 2 caps before am workout
Yohimburn ES– before am & pm workout

Food for the day will be

6:30 AM - LATE START!
30 min jogging around neighborhood

7:30 A.M. –
Meal # 1 :
• whey protein shake
• 2 egg whites

Meal # 2 :
11:00 A.M.-
• 90 cal cottage cheese
• 1/3 c. sliced almonds
• 2 egg whites

1:30 P.M. –
Meal # 3 :
• 5 oz chix breast
• salad greens
• 1/4 c. sweet potatos

5 P.M. –
Meal # 4 :
• 4 oz turkey
• celery
• sugar free jell-o

WORKOUT (triceps and abs only)

7 or 8 P.M.
Meal # 5 -
• tilapia (2 4 oz filets)
• green beans

Cheat- anpb yuuuuuuuuuuumm!

I'm letting the BF 'weigh' me since he has the eyes to see me with and the hands to feel me with ... and he does know the difference in muscle and fat. Thank god he's my biggest cheerleader out there :D

FBC, Goooood morning to ya! Yesterday was a great monday! A co-worker signed up @ my gym which means I get 9 FREE 1/2 hour personal training sessions w/mr all-natural-bodybuilder! Woo-hoo! I am excited about this!! 7PM tonight is session #1.

Tuesday, here we go.....

CARB CYCLING
ANOTHER LOW CARB DAY


6:00 AM
5 min walk, 10 min jog, 5 min walk (random incline)
20 min bike

7:30 A.M. –
Meal # 1 :
• whey protein shake
• 1/3 c. oats

Meal # 2 :
11:00 A.M.-
• 3 egg whites
• 1 whole egg
• 1 tsp. ff mayo, mustard

• 1/3 c. sliced almonds

1:30 P.M. –
Meal # 3 :
• 6 oz tuna
• buncha green beans
• garlic & pepper

5 P.M. –
Meal # 4 :
• 4 oz turkey
• celery
• sugar free jell-o

WORKOUT (1/2 hour training session)

7 or 8 P.M.
Meal # 5 -
• chix breast (4-8 oz)
• broccoli

Cheat- anpb again- yuuuuuuuuuuummmy!
 
What do your calories and macros normally look like on a low carb day? How many low carb days do you generally do in a row?

I'm still not sure if I'm doing this right. I feel like I'm eating - A LOT- but a low carb day pulls in 12-1500 calories. Only 1279 calories yesterday, not including my fat free, sugar free salad dressing.
Fat 28-30%
Carb 12-14%
Protein 58%


Most of the fat came from the peanut butter (16 g, but couldn't stop) and the 1/4 cup sliced almonds (12g).

I haven't logged today's food into fitday yet, but it's posted below.

Regarding low carb-
Monday, Tues, Wed are no/low carb
Thursday is high carb
Friday and Sat are no/low carb
Sunday is a moderate/high carb day
 
Where are your weights, young lady? You can't just come to my journal and talk about a 215 squat without giving details!!! :velvett:
