WW's New Log - Counting down to the Cruise

Most of the fat came from the peanut butter (16 g, but couldn't stop) and the 1/4 cup sliced almonds (12g).

I haven't logged today's food into fitday yet, but it's posted below.

Regarding low carb-
Monday, Tues, Wed are no/low carb
Thursday is high carb
Friday and Sat are no/low carb
Sunday is a moderate/high carb day

That looks like a nice breakout...especially with high carb landing on the same day as your heavy leg day! Good Job! ;) That PB is a killer...I noticed my self. It takes extreme discipline to stop!! LOL Good thing that I only have one more jar left and then it is ZERO PB for me for the next 6-7 weeks!! How many calories are you trying to achieve on low carb days? (1200-1500??)

FBC helps with the carbs and training schedule.

I'm at-
Sunday, moderate/high carb with light legs
Monday, no carb with am cardio, pm triceps and abs
Tuesday, low carb with back and biceps in the pm
Wednesday, low carb with am cardio, pm cardio and abs
Thursdays, high carb and heavy legs
Friday, no carb with am cardio and chest, pm triceps and shoulders
Saturday, an off-day, or outside cardio, or pilates if I'm feeling it.

My plan is to finish the PB in the next day or so, then I won't buy another jar. I hope.....

I'd like to be at 1500 calories on a low carb day, but I just don't get there all the time. At 1100 and at 1500, I notice there is a big difference in my strength and energy.

FBC, Goooood morning to ya! Yesterday was a great monday! A co-worker signed up @ my gym which means I get 9 FREE 1/2 hour personal training sessions w/mr all-natural-bodybuilder! Woo-hoo! I am excited about this!! 7PM tonight is session #1.
Wow! That's really cool!

That sounds like a great plan!! YAY for FBC ;)

You are so right on there being a HUGE difference between 1100 and 1500 calories!! I can lift a TON more on my heavy carb days then I can on my low/moderate days! :verygood: I tried to search through your log to find out how many cals you try to get on your high carb day, but couldn't find an answer...so, how many calories do you shoot for on your high carb day? :twirl:
 
I added in 1/3 cup sweet potatos last night, per trainer's instruction to eat a few carbs after my crazy session last night! Supersets and dropsets- wow!

1354 total calories yesterday (lower carb) with macros at 62% Protein, 25% Fat, 13% Carbs.

Feeling good today, 45 mins of cardio and abs this AM.

On a high carb day, I'm closer to 2200 or even 2500. Carbs between 150 and 200 grams.

PS- Of course you couldn't find it, LOL. I'm making an effort to make my log more detailed and complete, because I want to print it out and match the details to the pictures we're taking every 4 weeks to see our progress.

DAY THREE LOW CARB

5:45 AM
20 min bike (interval)
25 min walk @ 4 mph (random incline)

7:15 A.M. –
Meal # 1 :
• 3 egg whites
• 1/3 c. sweet potato

Meal # 2 :
10:30 A.M.-
• 3 egg whites
• 1 tsp. ff mayo, mustard
• 1/3 c. sliced almonds

1:30 or 2 P.M. –
Meal # 3 :
• 6 oz tuna and salad greens
• broccoli
• garlic & pepper

5 P.M. –
Meal # 4 :
• 4 oz turkey
• Green pepper and cucumber slices
• sugar free jell-o

Taking the night off - or will walk the neighborhood w/mom

7 or 8 P.M.
Meal # 5 -
• chix breast (4-8 oz)
• green beans

No more ANPB, finished it off last night!! :worried:
Food above will only bring me to 1100 or 1200 calories??
 
OOOOOOH, CRANKY! Forgot my STUPID can of tuna, so I'm out protein for lunch. Grrr! :evil:

1:30 or 2 P.M. –
Meal # 3 :
• Substitue in the 4 oz turkey with salad greens
• broccoli

5 P.M. –
Meal # 4 :
• whey protein shake
• Green pepper and cucumber slices
• sugar free jell-o
 
Just thought I'd stop in here. How is the dairy business going? I really need to buy stock.

I love the detailed food log, actually I just love food in general.
