Regarding low carb-
Monday, Tues, Wed are no/low carb
Thursday is high carb
Friday and Sat are no/low carb
Sunday is a moderate/high carb day
That looks like a nice breakout...especially with high carb landing on the same day as your heavy leg day! Good Job! That PB is a killer...I noticed my self. It takes extreme discipline to stop!! LOL Good thing that I only have one more jar left and then it is ZERO PB for me for the next 6-7 weeks!! How many calories are you trying to achieve on low carb days? (1200-1500??)
