11-1200 on a no carb day is typical. That's really the whole point. Your no carb days should not have any starchy carbs at all. All green veggies, lean protein, and fats. You should do away with the sweet potato and add more protein and healthy fats. :)

Ok FBC, I'm not hungry with 11-1200. But I do have questions.

On a low carb day, if I take out the sweet potato, am I okay adding in some strawberries, or cottage cheese with a handful of Fiber One?

My trainer said to go ahead and eat more protein, even late @ night, if I *am* hungry.

But that brings me to a daily total of 150-180-even 200 grams of protein.... I'm getting advice from others that 200 grams of protein is way too much. What is your answer to the question- how much is too much?

The dairy business - booming. The weather is warming up, which means the ice cream side of things is picking up. People line up all times of day and night for the stuff!

Food---- mmm, me too! I was recently given a birthday book, which claims to outline your personality, personal traits, characteristics- all based on the day of the year that you were born. My birth date loves physical sensations. The two biggest things are physical, intimate touch and savoring the sight, smell, and taste of food! It's suprisingly accurate.
 
Bunny, I am counting the days... I hope buy a couple of new bikinis before I go, LOL...

FBC, que_66 ... No more ANPB. Last time, I went 8 whole days without it. I can make two weeks EASY THIS TIME!! :chomp:

• medium granny smith apple
• sugar free jell-o
