Ok FBC, I'm not hungry with 11-1200. But I do have questions.
On a low carb day, if I take out the sweet potato, am I okay adding in some strawberries, or cottage cheese with a handful of Fiber One?
My trainer said to go ahead and eat more protein, even late @ night, if I *am* hungry.
But that brings me to a daily total of 150-180-even 200 grams of protein.... I'm getting advice from others that 200 grams of protein is way too much. What is your answer to the question- how much is too much?
