NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO!!!!!! Do not do that to yourself!!!!!! If you LOOK leaner - don't even BOTHER stepping on a scale! Ignore that scale if you're looking better and your clothes are fitting better! :)

DAY #3 OF NO/LOW CARB


Pills for today day will be
Women’s Multi
Joint Soother- 1 cap 2 x a day
Sesapure – 2 caps 3 x a day
Liv-a-new- 2 Caps 2 x a day
Glucorell- 1 cap before carb meals
Omegas- 2 Caps 2 x a day

Cardio Breeze – 1 caps before pm workout
Yohimburn ES– before pm workout


Food for the day will be
7:30 A.M. –
Meal # 1 :
• whey protein shake
• 2 egg whites

Meal # 2 :
• 90 cal cottage cheese
• 1/3 c. oatmeal (carbs, yeay!)

2:30 P.M. –
Meal # 3 :
• 6 oz Tuna
• salad greens, cukes, peppers

5 P.M. –
Meal # 4 :
• 1/2 home made protein bar
• celery

WORKOUT

7 or 8:30 P.M. ish
Meal #5
• 6 oz chicken
• 1/3 cup sweet potato
• 1 c. broccoli

Cheat- one or two tsp anpb and/or sugar free jell-o
 
Sunday: moderate carb
Monday: no carb
Tuesday:moderate carb
Wednesday: no carb
Thursday: high carb
Friday: low to moderate carb
Saturday: no carb

Sunday: Light Legs
Monday: AM Cardio
Tuesday: Back, Biceps
Wedesday: AM Cardio
Thursday: Heavy Legs
Friday: Chest, Triceps, Shoulders
Saturday: AM Cardio
 
FBC - Thank you SO much! This is my first time carb cycling and I was silly enough to go into it thinking I wouldn't need to modify or change my workout schedule.

Today, I am eating carbs, yeay! It's a moderate carb day and I want to work legs again tonight or tomorrow. Then going into next week, I'm going to follow the schedule below. I was so weak last night and even this morning... I can get through the cardio, but lifting - forgeddaboutit!

Again, this forum (and you ladies) are wonderful! :)

DAY #4 -- ADDING SOME CARBS


(I was shutting down yesterday afternoon at work, weird - Like my brain wasn't functioning at full capacity. Is this normal?)

Pills for today day will be
Women’s Multi
Joint Soother- 1 cap 3 x a day
Sesapure – 2 caps 3 x a day
Liv-a-new- 2 Caps 3 x a day
Glucorell- 2 caps before carb meals (3x)
Omegas- 1 Cap 2 x a day

Cardio Breeze – 2 caps before am workout, 1 cap before pm
Yohimburn ES– before pm workout, forgot this am


Food for the day will be

6 AM - Biceps & 30 mins cardio

7:30 A.M. –
Meal # 1 :
• whey protein shake
• 1/2 cup oatmeal with cinn. and splenda

10:45 A.M. -
Meal # 2 :
• 90 cal cottage cheese
• coffee with 2% milk
• 1/2 cup oatmeal with cinn. and splenda

2 or 2:30 P.M. –
Meal # 3 :
• 4 oz chicken w/salad greens
• 3/4 to 1 cup of sweet potatos

4 or 5 P.M. –
Meal # 4 :
• whey protein
• medium apple

WORKOUT w/another 30 mins cardio following

7 or 8:30 P.M. ish
Meal #5
• 4-8 oz tilapia
• 1/3 cup brown rice
• 1 cup green beans

Cheat- sugar free jell-o

UHHH yesssss the carb down yep you go brain dead it's a lovely side effect!!!
Believe me... I was so low once I kept walking into walls, forgetting everything, I couldn't see straight, and of course the mean streak came out!!
The extra carbs will help you come out of the fog. When your body burns fat instead of glycogen the brain can't function as clearly.

Glad to hear that. I was calling myself a 'low carb retard' yesterday. It was pretty bad. No walking into walls........... yet!
 
HUGE bump to Treil. Today, I am a fvking mess. I have not had a carbup in a week and I am feeling quite crappy. You will come to appreciate those carbies...today will feel like heaven!

Hmmmm...you did biceps this AM or is that for the PM?
 
I did biceps yesterday AM, went back for cardio only in the PM... sprints and stairs at the stadium.

I'm a day behind w/legs (was still a bit sore yesterday) so I'm going for Heavy Legs tonight.

Meal # 2 :
11:00 A.M.-
• 90 cal cottage cheese
• 1/3 c. sliced almonds

2:30 P.M. –
Meal # 3 :
• Organized a Pot luck at work!
• salad greens, veggie & cold cut platters, fruit
hard boiled eggs, etc...

5 P.M. –
Meal # 4 :
• 4 oz turkey
• celery

WORKOUT

7 or 8:30 P.M. ish
Meal # 5 - Early birthday dinner @ mom's
• pork
• sweet potato
• asparagus & broccoli

Cheat- sugar free jell-o or strawberries for desert @ mom's
