Meal # 1 :
• 2 oz turkey
• whey p. shake with 8 oz skim

10:30 A.M.-
Meal # 2 :
• 3 oz turkey
• cucumber slices

1 P.M. –
Meal # 3 :
• salad greens, cukes, green pepper
• 5 oz chicken breast
• 1/2 protein bar (hungry)

5 P.M. –
Meal # 4 :
• 1/2 protein bar
• medium granny smith apple

Back and Bicpes

7 or 8 P.M.
Meal # 5 -
• 5 oz chicken breast
• broccoli added into Green Giants Schezuan Veggies

killer ab workout!!
30 mins precor elliptical

7:15 A.M. –
Meal # 1 :
• 1 slice spelt bread with a bit of promise spread
• whey p. shake with 4 oz skim (new flavor- vanilla- yum!)

11:00 A.M.-
Meal # 2 :
• 2 whole eggs, 2 white whites
• 5 stalks asparagus

2 P.M. –
Meal # 3 :
• spring mix/salad greens, cukes, green pepper
• 5 oz salmon

5 P.M. –
Meal # 4 :
• 2-4 oz turkey
• green beans

More cardio- 30-60 mins

7 or 8 P.M. -
Meal # 5 :
• 4-8 oz orange roughy
• stir fried veggies, not sure what yet

Thanks!!! I feel so great! Until I spoke with my mother this morning. She is usually my biggest supporter. This morning, she asked me if I was 'taking stuff'. It is the biggest insult and coming from her it hurt- it hurt so much! It's possible something else is going on in her life and she's misdirecting or redirecting some anger, but I don't get it. I couldn't even continue our conversation, I just had to hang up.

It is the biggest insult and coming from her it hurt- it hurt so much! It's possible something else is going on in her life and she's misdirecting or redirecting some anger, but I don't get it. I couldn't even continue our conversation, I just had to hang up.

I understand your reaction, but if it doesn't effect your relationship and it was just a comment, I say take it as a compliment......people have been accusing me of that since I was in 8th grade, lol.....if you're making progress and looking good, it is just most people's narutal reaction.

I am so sorry to hear that WW - that SUCKS!! Try to brush it off and understand that other stuff might be going on in your mothers life, like you mentioned!! You are doing fabulous naturally and YOU KNOW IT, and that is ALL that matters!!

Thanks girl!! My mom is such a free spirit, and I'm hoping that she just didn't think about what she was saying/asking.
