That's too low. Your moderate carb days should be approximately carbs at bodyweight, your no days should be strictly fibrous veggie carbs, and your high days should be approximately 1.5 times bodyweight.

You're SEVERELY undereating and that's why you are always starving!

Ok, I brought more food into work with me today, because yeterday I was distracted from my work I was sooo hungry. I'm going to post everything into fitday and come back.
 
TGIF! Cinco de Mayo!

5:30 A.M. - ONE HOUR CARDIO
20 min warm up, bike (not fully awake)
40 min treadmill (walk @ 3.5-4.2 mph)

7:00 A.M. –
Meal # 1 :
• 2 slices spelt bread with a bit of sugar free jam
• whey p. shake with 6 oz skim

10:00 A.M.
Meal # 2 :
• 5 oz chicken breast
• south beach bar if I'm hungry

1:00 P.M. –
Meal # 3 :
• 5 oz orange roughy
• green beans, onions

4 or 5 P.M. –
Meal # 4 :
• 2-4 oz turkey
• medium apple

WORKOUT- UNSURE OF BODY PART- LEGS ARE READY TO GO AGAIN!!

7 or 8 P.M. - 2 glucorell
Meal # 5 :
• 4-8 oz ground sirloin
• onions, asparagus, salad greens
• 1/3 to 1/2 cup brown rice
 
I see orange roughy, lol.....It is Cinco De Mayo and no nachos, burritos, quesadillas, Corona's or Margaritas?????? jk

Funny that you say that, because his mom dropped him off on his grandparents doorstep (literally) at the age of two... and never looked back. His dad was overseas in the Navy at the time. So all the credit goes to his grandmamma (who is alive and well and AWESOME!!).

Mmmmmm :p I think I'm going out tonight and a Tequiza is calling my name!!!! .....quesadillas don't sound too bad either :p :p :p

Mmmm... I do have low carb whole wheat wraps. I could make me up some faijitas or something. With salsa, lots of salsa!!

For even better- How 'bout I cook for you BiggT? I love to cook for people who love to eat (appreciate food)!

No beer for this girl until the cruise. It's tough w/out Corona and my Cabernet!! I swear, they are going to have to ROLL ME off the ship!!
